1. The Service
FreeDocumentTranslator translates documents using AI models on Amazon Bedrock (with Amazon Translate as a fallback) and AI structure analysis (Amazon Bedrock). Machine translation is not perfect: do not rely on it for legal, medical or safety-critical use without professional human review. Output quality may vary by language and document.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to documents you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload and translate them, and that they don't contain malware or unlawful content. We may refuse or remove content that abuses the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
- Don't share one account between many people or resell access without permission.
- Free-plan limits (file size, pages, daily translations) must not be circumvented.
4. Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed in INR via Razorpay on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. USD prices shown are approximate. You can cancel any time from the subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period. If the Service fails to deliver what you paid for and we can't fix it, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll issue a refund of that charge.
5. Availability & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on machine-translated output.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
7. Changes & contact
